Meet the founder

About Kristen

Enterprise PMO, technology, and infrastructure leadership grounded in clarity, accountability, and measurable execution.

I’m Kristen Rogers, an enterprise PMO leader, technology strategist, and founder of OrganicBae Technologies.

With more than 16 years of experience leading complex software implementations, enterprise initiatives, capital programs, product development efforts, and customer success programs, I specialize in transforming ambitious ideas into organized, practical, and sustainable solutions.

My professional journey began with an interest in nursing and evolved into a passion for using technology to improve healthcare, business operations, and customer experiences. Throughout my career, I have managed initiatives ranging from $10,000 to $5 million and partnered with executives, clinicians, technical teams, operational leaders, vendors, and customers to achieve meaningful results.

My experience spans product and project management, customer success, PMO governance, utility infrastructure, workflow optimization, software implementation, project controls, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning. I’m known for bringing structure to complex environments, building trusted relationships, anticipating challenges, and keeping teams aligned around a shared vision.

Through OrganicBae Technologies, I combine strategic thinking, compassionate leadership, and technical expertise to help businesses turn innovative concepts into thoughtfully designed products, systems, and experiences. I believe technology should not only function well—it should feel intentional, accessible, and genuinely improve the lives of the people it serves.
